Code of Ethics

As a member of Biomed Huddle, I will:

  1. Strive to promote a positive, educational environment. Therefore, I will not criticize or post negative feedback without providing suggestions or solutions that encourage positive change.
  2. Work toward creating an open community of medical professionals seeking information and social networking opportunities. As such, I will not put down or ostracize other members.
  3. Provide relevant, value-added information. As such, I will not post any unrelated, self promotional information or spam.
  4. Promote the biomed profession by actively participating to create a dynamic resource for myself and my colleagues.
  5. Reveal any conflicts of interest that may influence the information that I provide.
  6. Respect my fellow members and accurately represent my level of responsibility, authority, experience, knowledge, and education.

In the case of a breach of this code of ethics, Biomed Huddle reserves the right to edit or delete any posts that are deemed offensive. In the case of a repeated offense, Biomed Huddle reserves the right to revoke membership.
